Meeting Rooms
Three meeting rooms are available for public use.
Library sponsored activities will be given priority.
A request for the use of a meeting room must be made in writing at least 7 days prior to the date of use.
Requests are accepted on a first come, first served basis.
The Library Director reserves the right to reject any application and scheduling conflicts will be resolved at the Director's discretion.
Twenty-four hour notice of cancellation is required, except in a weather emergency.
Each group will be responsible for leaving rooms in a clean and orderly fashion.
For security reasons all people should enter the Library by the lower door.
Food and drink must be confined to the lower level.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Library.
The Trustees will not assume responsibility for the loss or damage of property not belonging to the Duxbury Free Library.

*Non-profit groups may use the rooms for free during library hours. Other groups will be charged fees. Checks must be made payable to the "Town of Duxbury".
